History

Historic Slater Homestead, located 2 kms north east of the Goomalling townsite on the Dowerin Rd, is open on weekends from 10 till 4. The restored homestead, school and barn all offer a glimpse into our pioneering days. The Old School Room Art Gallery hosts exhibitions by renowned artists, and light lunches and Devonshire teas are available in the tearoom.
