Pursuant to Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act (1995) the Shire of Goomalling advises that it is proposing to dispose of the property, Lot 202 Street Goomalling, by private treaty to Mr Guy Wulff and Mrs Sandy Wulff. The property is vacant rural residential land.
The Council has recently valued the property at $70,000 as is and the proponents have made an offer of $60,000 for the property. The Council has decided to accept this offer in that it will encourage a new family and business into the town.
Members of the community are invited to make submissions to the Council regarding the disposal for a period of 14 days. The public comment period will extend from 8th November 2023 until 22nd November 2023. All submissions are to be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and must be received by the close of business 22nd November 2023.
