Properties for sale

In accordance with Section 3.58 (3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Goomalling hereby notifies for public information that it intends to sell a number of properties and vacant blocks situated within the Goomalling Townsite.

The list of properties with respective market valuations have been assessed as follows:

Expressions of interest are invited to purchase the respective properties. EOI are to be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, PO Box 118, Goomalling WA 6460, with settlement date being jointly agreed between relevant parties and Council and subject to Council complying with Section 3.58 (3) of the Local Government Act 1995.
