EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – CONTRACT CLEANER
CLEANER
The Shire of Goomalling is seeking expressions of interest for an enthusiastic and reliable person to take on the role of contract cleaner for the various Shire buildings.
You will be responsible for cleaning the following buildings:
- Tennis Complex
- Goomalling Town Hall
- Gym, Footy and Umpire change rooms
- Community Resource Centre (CRC) and Medical Surgery
Estimated hours per week: 8-12
You will be expected to do the following cleaning duties at the above-mentioned buildings:
- Vacuuming / sweeping and mopping of all floors
- Empty bins
- Cleaning of both male and female toilets
- Polishing / dusting
- Cleaning windows and glass doors
- Making sure all facilities have supply of toilet rolls, paper towels etc.
Experience and Knowledge
- Current Police Clearance
- Ability to physically perform duties as outlined above (and willingness to perform a Medical Examination to confirm)
- Basic time management and organisational skills
- Developing interpersonal and public relation skills to be able to communicate with the public.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo a Medical Assessment including Drug and Alcohol testing prior to commencement of contract.
