Course commences with an online orientation session via Microsoft Teams. Participants then work through the modules at their own pace.
Module 1– Introduction to not-for-profit governance including constitutions.
Module 2 – Financials and strategy.
Wednesday, 12 August 2026, 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM AWST: Midway check in with a Q&A session via Microsoft Teams.
Module 3 – People and performance.
Wednesday, 26 August 2026, 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM AWST: Course concludes with a final Q&A session via Microsoft Teams.
A self‑paced online course designed for committee members and staff of not‑for‑profit organisations. The flexible online format allows participants to learn at their own convenience, whether from home or the office. The course includes three modules of core content, with the option to join three group online Q&A sessions with the instructor for additional support.
