Time to celebrate volunteering

National Volunteer Week has commenced!

Running from 19-25 May this year, National Volunteer Week is Australia's largest annual celebration of volunteering, with many events and activities set to take place throughout local communities.

The theme for 2025 is ‘Connecting Communities’, highlighting the power of volunteering in bringing people together and enriching communities.

Western Australia has one of the strongest volunteering cultures in Australia and National Volunteer Week provides an opportunity to celebrate and recognise the contributions of our State's dedicated volunteers.
