Need Help with Telehealth or Internet Access?

Getting online shouldn’t be a barrier to getting the healthcare you need, but for many people in our community, it still is. Whether it’s trouble with internet access, not knowing how to join a video call, or just feeling unsure about the tech, these challenges can make telehealth harder than it needs to be.

That’s why we’re sharing a new resource from the Regional Tech Hub, a federally funded, free and independent service that helps people living in regional, rural, and remote Australia improve their internet and mobile connectivity.

They’ve created a fantastic Health and Connectivity Toolkit designed to make telehealth easier and less stressful for everyone. It includes:

  • A brochure to help patients prepare for a telehealth consult
  • A step-by-step flowchart showing how to join a Zoom or Teams video call
  • A short, captioned video you can watch in community spaces or waiting rooms
  • A digital guide for support workers and carers to help walk through common tech issues
  • An online Resource Hub

These resources are completely free, and we’re making them available through our centre. We also have printed brochures and magnets that you’re welcome to take home.

If you or someone you support is struggling with telehealth, internet access, or just needs some friendly advice on what options are available, you can:

  • Drop in and see us here at [Your Organisation Name]
  • Or reach out to the Regional Tech Hub directly via https://regionaltechhub.org.au/ or call them on 1300 081 029

We’re here to help, and so is the Regional Tech Hub.

Let’s work together to make sure no one is left behind when it comes to digital health and staying connected.
