The Wheatbelt Health Promotion Network is pleased to release the first Collaborative Guide to Empowering Health Promoting Communities in the Wheatbelt!
This guide contains a list of campaigns and resource links to support health promotion initiatives, local public health planning and community wellbeing. It links evidence-based tools, information, and grant opportunities with health promotion priority areas consistent with regional needs. It also helps to facilitate alignment of community development to the objectives of the new State Public Health Plan, which aims to outline a roadmap to achieve the vision of enhancing health, wellbeing, and quality of life for people in WA.
